First of all, I never signed up for an ongoing account. That is fraudulent on your behalf. I know better than that. I also know that I would not have signed on for the Premium service, as it did not serve me.*I used your website from **** -*** and never found a caregiver (not that this is the issue). I am kindly asking you to credit me for September and October, as well as the pending charge for November.*Thank you.
GetHuman-bskanapo did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
