We had cancelled our care.com account and deleted our bank information from the account, but we have still been charged for this month. I would like to receive a full refund of $** for this month as I had no intention of continuing service at the time of the charge. If this is refused I will dispute the charge with the bank and put a block on any further charges from care.com. And I will need a confirmation that the account has been cancelled for my record. *I apologise for seeming so forceful, but we can't afford this and it is an error on the part of care.com. We are in no way at fault. I have even been recommending care.com to friends and family to find sitters. Please help!
