My account has been charged $** renewal fee. However, I have not been using care.com services for over a month and have only used once since i got membership. I would like a refund to my credit card. Please put my account on hold until August, when i will need care services. Come August i can be charged again since i will be needing care services again. But i need the $** refund now since i was charged this June and do not need your services. Thank you.
