i thougth i was ordering a subscription for $** but was charged $**. I did not realize the charge was $** until it was too late and already charged my card. It never showed how much i was charged until after I put my amex in. I can not afford the $** and would like a refund. I have tried to call and emailed twice. Please refund my card. I have not used the website at all. Thank you Connie
I trust that Care.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
