Hi, I was automatically charged $** to renew my premium subscription, but I never wanted this or intended for this to happen. I wanted to only have my premium subscription for the * months that I signed up for it, and I'm not sure how this renewed without my permission or even a notice via email. I would like to be refunded this $** and downgraded to the free version of care.com. Thanks for your help.
I trust that Care.com will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
