Help with my issue

The issue in GetHuman-jesbri's own words
I'm trying to get your company to reimburse me the $**,** that was withdrawn from my account without my permission ... I ordered an ** X ** canvas photo of my grandson based upon the FREE OFFER with just paying S&H ($**.**) I have screen shot of my order confirmation. CanvasPeople have used my account and (ILLEGALLY*WITHOUT MY CONSENT) withdrawn $**.** dollars out of my account. I REQUEST the money ($**) be returned to my CenterState Account immediately. Please respond. Dona Presswood
It does not look good for this to happen. I work for the government and could bring in MANY new customers. But am undecided whether or not to do so if this kind of service happens.
I would like for my money to be refunded.
I'm new to this site and was very excited to make my order but now I'm greatly disappointed.
I emailed this issue already and no one has contacted me.
