I am writing to complement one of your Employees, Makiko Mersand. Makiko is a pharmacist at the Linton Blvd store in Delray Beach. I was in the store on Saturday *****. Makiko was waiting on another customer I was waiting on line for my turn to be served. A third customer stepped in front of me saying she was already on line. she then began in a loud and abrasive tone of voice complaining that it was taking so long to be served. Makiko very politely told the woman she would help just as soon as she finished with the customer she was already helping. the woman continued complaining and finally said she didn't want to wait and walked away. When Makiko finished with her customer and asked me how she could help, the woman came storming back announced she was ahead of me, and began to verbally abuse Makiko and all others around the register. Personally I had to bite my tongue not cause and further scene, Makiko on the other hand continued to be gracious and helpful. She is most definitely an asset and excellent representative of your organization.
