I ordered a gift for my husband "*th Marine Division" USMC Challenge Coins on Nov. **, ****. Since then he has not received a complete set. I paid for all the collection and shipping at that time. Now you are trying to bill me for different coins and applying for different coins. My account number is *********, order *************. You even have sent my account to a collections agency. i am so dissappointed that a Company such as yourselves could treat a customer. i gave you a credit card to pay for my order. I want an apology from your *director, Richard H Thomas, Director of the Board of Governors. The set is still imcomplete and you, the Bradford Exchange will get "no recommendation" from me to ever order anything else from you.
