I returned Order *************because the item looked very cheaply made and I did not want to give it to my granddaughter. I received an invoice and called saying I returned the item in its original packaging, I just got another*invoice but this time there was a "past due account" on the OUTSIDE of the envelope. How rude and disgusting!!! In*my case it was not "past due" because I returned the item.*I would think that Bradford would handle past due accounts a little more discreetly and not use these humiliating tactics.*I will NEVER order from Bradford again, and I am considering a mass email to all my family and friends telling them the same. I would hope that I do not get another invoice of any kind. Please check your records again as this*item was returned
