This virus covid ** has played havoc with getting ahold of you all. And Samsung is a joke. I upgraded to a S* Recieved it and the speaker was weak . I thought it will get better. Samsung walked me through some things to try and fix it and none worked so they said you'll need to send it back we will fix it*First off if I'm paying that much for my phone I should get one that works right away. , then they say it will take about ** days.i will not be with out a phone e for *** days there is a major virus killing people out there and I have my two grand daughters I take care of. Then I look at the reviews on the S* and almost every review said their speakers were bad also. So what is boost going to do to fix it ? I make my payment on a phone I can't even talk on?*Again my brand new phone should work*I'm really disappointed*Please fix this.*Sincerly*Patricia A Munholand*M*****@***.com ***********
