Use my plan's "Unlimited" internet for personal P*P needs. NOT even using tethering. However, once they drained my tethering bucket due to P*P use, my whole device's internet capabilities became limited as though I was using a service from years ago where they limited the actual device's data usage. Total BS. I will be FLYING back to Metro PCS next month as fast as my dollars can get me there. ... I got a message saying I have used all of my mobile hotspot, however it was not on all night or during the time it said I used it up. Further, I monitor my tethering usage closely and KNOW for a FACT that there is NO WAY I used all my tethering. Something has gone wrong with the network allocating my services appropriately. Clearly there was some error where it thinks my normal data usage was tethering data usage. This service ***** SO HARD!! I really hate Boost Mobile and after this month I'm done with you guys. I will be going back to Metro as fast as I can. Smoke will be coming off my heels to get away from Boost Mobile. Customer service is also a total nightmare.
That they are victimizing their own customers and NOT educating their own customer service technicians that they are doing so. Creating MASS CONFUSION across the board. This is UNDOUBTEDLY the REASON they are LAST PLACE in both network stability and in the minds of humans the world over. If this does NOT get fixed, you will see Sprint AND Boost go the way of the Dinosaur. I would not recommend Boost OR Sprint for even a free government line of service (which they do NOT offer, don't try). Their business practices are to be ashamed of. You can't even use the net while on a phone call OR while sending or receiving a text. This is the ONLY service provider with this specific problem. AVOID SPRINT*BOOST MOBILE!!!!
I want them to fix their totally broken network and service. They are either specifically and knowingly targeting P*P users, or they are not properly educating both customers AND customer service agents about what they are doing. Either way, it's a deal-breaking behavior and the attitude of their non-English speaking, cheap-*** over-seas customer service isn't helping anything or anyone. Ever, either. Sprint just needs to fix it ALL. Or stop all together and sell to a company that gives a ****. Cause they, do NOT.
I paid my bill on-time and did not abuse my service in any fashion. I spent $*** just to get going with these guys, switching from my * year tenure with T-Mobile (who, by the way I NEVER ONCE had to call customer service for any issue or concern with) just to get completely boned. They won't even unlock a device I fully paid for, taxes as well, for me to use on a service I would WANT. So, F U Sprint*Boost. You've lost this customer and anyone I speak to on the issue of phone service. Forever.
I had my service restarted and personally tested the P*P verses ACTUAL tethering usage myself. Metered and backed by photo evidence. Sprint cannot deny they stole my tethering data to cover P*P usage, and they don't apologize or give you jack back in return. They basically consider it tethering data to random strangers. Even though the toggle is off and it is using my personal device to fully gather and share data. ****, for all they know I'm downloading the **** bus schedule repeatedly. A free and public offering. Just saying, it's going to cost them big in the end. No other provider does to their customers what Sprint does to their customers. Screws them and steals from them. I will be bashing Boost and Sprint for many years to come over this. I hope it was worth it to them. I only wish they could read ALL of this I have posted here. So they can know how badly they are failing on all fronts for their customers who pay their rent, electricity, water, food, entertainment. Etc.... Seriously guys... Wtf!?
