Last night when my **$ unlimited plan expired (after going a day AMD a half with no phone because of service issues.amd.not even getting a credit for a day) at midnight I switched to tohe *$ a day plan using a $** boost card just until I get paid and can buy a **$ card. So my **$ plan expired at midnight but when I switched at *am to $* plan it charged.me $* . Sl now I will have been ripped off for another day I paid for. A.d wylde yet I camt call AMD try to find a solution because its $* just to talk to someone so that would mean I got * day for $**?? I need to speak to someone without being charged more money as I have already.been ripped off enough. If this cant be resolved I am definitely switching carriers rather than buying another month of boost service just to not have service and*or get charged $* for one day on the *$ a day plan.
GetHuman-sidmun did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
