I had purchased the Samsung j* refine in store and paid ***$ for the phone alone. I see there is an online deal of **% off going on and lists the phone at ***$. I would like to be compensated the **$ difference because its deceptive and morally unjustifiable. I also had a bad experience with the clerk which I reported and had no follow up. He didn't know anything about the phones, seemed irritated that I was even in the store let alone asking for assistance. Left me with anxiety and feeling like I was in the wrong. I ended up getting the phone I liked most and when he was setting it up he was complaining under his breath for it to "hurry up" making me feel even more uncomfortable. He then proceeded to wipe the fingerprints on my brand new phones screen with his shirt. I interjected, he replied with "it's fine". My brand new phone has a minor scratch due to his professional handling and cleaning. I told this to a worker and yet to get a return anything * days later. I would like to be compensated or credited for having to tolerate such rudeness, having a new phone be scratched before I even touch it, and also for being treated as if my issue is unimportant and being ignored by not getting a return update promptly.
GetHuman-jaredcou did not yet indicate what Boost Mobile should do to make this right.
