On October 11, [redacted], I had a conversation with the Top Floor Supervisor who refused to apply the BSTFreeMsg $3.00 charge to my September [redacted] bill. Each month, the Boost representatives charge me a $3 fee when I make a debit payment, even though the policy states that there should be no payment fee for phone payments, but retail payments do incur this charge. I received another BSTFreeMsg saying that $47.00 has been added to my account and to view the details online on My Account. I paid my August [redacted] bill using a debit payment over the phone, and yet the Boost representative continued to charge me the $3 fee erroneously, affecting the credit towards my next month's bill. The Top Supervisor also wrongly used the $3 credit from August that was meant for September and applied it to an already paid August bill of $47. I am very disappointed with this situation over a mere $3. How many other customers are facing the same issue, resulting in additional charges?

I want to report an issue at the Ammon, Idaho store regarding a payment made using my Direct Express card due to my disability. They charged my card $97.90, but the transaction is not showing up for the store, even though my bank's app clearly displays it. I have a witness who can confirm this. When I tried to address this with Boost, they accused my bank of lying and were uncooperative. In a recent call, a lady mentioned she was recording me, and when I informed her I was recording too, she claimed they couldn't be recorded. I am unhappy with this situation, as I needed that money for post-surgery medication. I am planning to involve the Better Business Bureau and law enforcement if necessary. If the issue isn't resolved, I will escalate it further. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I purchased an iPhone 7 Plus about 3 or 4 years ago for use in Peru. However, I'm experiencing issues as the phone is still locked, despite Boost Mobile claiming it is unlocked. The MEID [redacted][redacted] seems to be blocked since I am unable to use it with Claro. I need assistance in releasing the MEID. The phone's serial number is FQ2NTTJGG5QT, running version 10.2.1 (14D27), model MGCX2LL/A, and the IMEI is [redacted][redacted].

My wife's phone, [redacted], was switched from a Samsung Galaxy to a ZTE Prestige. We spoke to customer service and were told we would receive a credit for the days she was without service. The ZTE phone had limited service, only lasting 2 to 4 minutes per call before the SIM card locked. When we tried to follow up for the credit, we were told it couldn't be done due to usage. We explained the limited usage, caused by constant restarting to register the SIM card that had taken two weeks to arrive due to address errors. After being given only a $2 compensation for a $5 daily plan, we felt undervalued as long-time Boost customers. We hope for a proper resolution or contact regarding this unsatisfactory situation. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, my name is Howard. I need assistance with my Boost Mobile order. I initially ordered a phone, but it was delivered to the wrong address and returned to the company. I spoke to a representative a few days ago, and they mentioned closing my account. I'm now trying to reconnect with someone from Boost Mobile to reorder the phone. Currently, I'm using someone else's phone as mine is not functioning correctly. Boost Mobile was supposed to send me a UICC card, as the one I received previously was incorrect. I am still in need of a new phone and would appreciate any help. Thank you.

I want to report poor and rude customer service at the store located on Madison, Wisconsin's West side. I have been a loyal customer since [redacted] and even referred two others to your company. Recently, I visited the store to switch my data plan to another Boost phone due to issues with my current device. The sales rep initially ignored us and only helped after I waited at the counter. While he efficiently switched my data and provided a case, I returned 45 minutes later because I had no phone service and saw a SIM card error. Unfortunately, upon my return, the same sales rep was disrespectful towards me. I am concerned about potential repercussions since he has my personal information.

I bought a device on March 14, [redacted], and the screen is not responding to touch. Boost suggested contacting Brightstar Protection who directed me to Samsung due to it being a manufacturing issue within a year. Samsung instructed me to ship the device for repairs. Now Samsung claims the device is out of warranty and wants to charge $70 for repairs. Samsung now requests the receipt from the March [redacted] purchase. I feel frustrated as there were no damages, and I shouldn't have to pay for repairs. My bill is paid, and I have insurance, but I have been without a phone for over three weeks.

I was with Boost from [redacted] to [redacted] and never upgraded my phone. I decided to try the Boost program, but it was disappointing. At the store, I tried to get a new phone but they couldn't process the transaction despite multiple credit cards. My name is Morris Goeloe, and this experience is unacceptable. I went from a Solas 4+ to a Solas 4, and even with the phone in store, they couldn't complete the purchase. As a loyal customer, I pay my bill on time, but I haven't received any support. I am frustrated that I still can't get a new phone. I suspect fraudulent activity due to the issues with processing my payment. I may consider switching to a different provider if this isn't resolved promptly.

I am looking to cancel my account with Boost Mobile. The phone I purchased from them failed me during an emergency when I needed to contact my friend or family. I had to drive to Tallahassee, Florida, without a working phone. When I tried to get it unlocked upon return, the person I spoke with gave me the runaround about a number to call for unlocking. Since my phone was costly and the service was subpar, I am now searching for a reliable cell phone service that works well in my area. Boost Mobile's lack of reliability during emergencies is concerning, even though I appreciate the phone I purchased from them.

I contacted Boost Mobile regarding replacing my phone that hasn't been charging for three days. Although I bought a new charger, the phone still wouldn't charge. When I visited a different Boost Mobile store on Gate City Boulevard, they mentioned I could get a free replacement of the same phone, also confirmed by a customer service representative. At the store, a ZTE Tech tried troubleshooting, but they don't work for Boost. Despite attempting to charge the phone overnight again, it didn't work. When I called Boost Mobile, the call got disconnected as I declined extra options. They redirected me to a non-service area. This issue persisted with both my house phone and my aunt's phone.

I had been a customer of Boost Mobile for around 7 years before switching to another carrier a couple of months ago. I canceled my service but recently discovered that I was charged three times after I stopped using the service. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted] for the monthly charges and the device protection fee. The phone number associated with the account was [redacted] with code [redacted]. I cannot access my account to check the transactions, which seems suspicious. Please assist me promptly as this money is crucial for my family's expenses. I prefer to resolve this matter without legal involvement and hope to hear back from you soon. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am Taylor Perry. My previous phone number with Boost was [redacted], but it was changed to [redacted]. I contacted Boost Mobile customer service on October 21, [redacted] because my phone number was changed without my consent by someone I know. As a result, my service was interrupted. The first representative I spoke to accessed my account but was unable to assist me. When asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to an invalid number. Upon contacting them again, the subsequent representative could not locate my account. Despite switching from Metro PCS to Boost Mobile on October 4, [redacted], I encountered difficulties in resolving the issue and receiving assistance from either representative.

My mother purchased a phone from Boost, and after encountering issues, we've contacted customer service multiple times without a resolution. The store refuses to take responsibility for the faulty phone, claiming they have no return policy. I've also heard there is a recall on the LG Stylo 3, the model my mom is struggling with. As a new customer, my mom deserves a working phone. Boost should honor their return policy and address this situation promptly. I hope for a quick resolution to this matter in the best interest of my mom. Thank you for your assistance.

I made a mistake falling for a misleading listing on eBay for a supposedly "Factory New" Boost Mobile phone. After paying $[redacted] from my savings, the phone turned out to be used, requesting the previous account information upon setup. I am disappointed and unable to get a refund due to delays. I bought this phone with my savings, which took me 11 months to accumulate from my SSI funds. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I am considering leaving Boost as I have encountered issues with my service for 15 days. I purchased two new phones from boostmobile.com this month, but one doesn't boot up and the other never arrived. Boost claims FedEx delivered the missing phone, but FedEx cannot verify this. My attempts to resolve these problems through chat and calls were frustrating as I was given incorrect information and experienced disconnections. Despite promising to pay the bill this month, Boost still deducted the amount from my account. I am fed up with the lack of service and communication. I am now looking for another carrier.

I bought a phone that malfunctioned after just 4 days. Despite having the receipt, they refused to exchange it due to the missing box. I had to spend all day at the store, with the staff threatening to involve the police. After contacting Motorola and explaining the issue, they finally agreed to exchange the phone. It seemed like only because they knew they were being dishonest and it was close to closing time. The store is located at [redacted] E. Napier Avenue, Benton Harbor MI [redacted], and their contact number is [redacted]. I suspect they might remotely deactivate older phones to push customers into purchasing new ones, based on previous encounters.

I woke up this morning to find voicemails about important job opportunities, but when I tried to return the calls, I was unable to due to insufficient funds in my account. After paying my bill online, I realized I had only three days left of last month's service, spending $35 that I couldn't afford. Trying to reach a representative at Boost Mobile, I encountered issues and couldn't get help. Despite being a loyal customer for nearly 15 years, I am frustrated with this experience and this will be the last payment I make to this company. Can someone assist me in making my phone calls, please?

In September, I purchased a Boost Mobile phone from Walmart in Troy, NY. Being a senior citizen, I prefer flip phones, but Boost doesn't offer them. Thus, I bought a ZTE Boost smartphone. After leaving the store, I realized I needed help using the device. While I can manage to make calls, I cannot figure out how to answer incoming calls. Currently, I am unable to make calls due to an ongoing message about owing money. I am willing to pay the bill with my bank card, but the phone prompts me for a 4-digit password which I do not have. The clerk at Walmart did not provide this password. How can I resolve this issue and pay my bill?

I am having issues setting up the fingerprint security on my phone. When prompted for a password, I used my regular one, but it doesn't recognize it. Nobody seems to have my email on file, despite using the same email for 30 years ([redacted]) with the password dusty2009 for 20 years. I am stuck on this step since my phone locked up five days ago. Despite trying all possible passcodes, I can't unlock it. My contact number is [redacted], account code [redacted]. I am unable to pay the minimum $[redacted] to buy a new phone. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. My Gmail is also synced with the account.

My phone is less than 3 weeks old. I switched from a different carrier for better service, but my new phone suddenly stopped working. I don't have insurance or extra money to fix it. Can you help me resolve this? I'm a single mom of 3 and urgently need my phone. I visited a Boost Mobile store where they tried fixing it but couldn't get it to turn on or charge. They suggested I call the [redacted]# and send it in for a replacement. I can't find the number now. Where should I begin to get this sorted out?
