Confirmation *: ************My husband and I booked a motel through booking.com, and checked in last night to the Extended Stay motel in Ormond Beach Florida.**The room is not at all what we expected by looking at pictures. It is filthy, has cobwebs hanging from ceiling, has cockroaches, no breakfast as advertised, no internet, etc.**We are checking out today. Our reservation was from February *, **** through February **, ****.**We need to request return of our money. We utilized a credit card to book this in good faith, based on the Internet advertisement.**Please tell us our steps and how to go about getting a refund for this motel. We are living on a retired income, and are seeking reimbursement of these phones.**Thank you,**Richard and Mary Holt
