I, to my knowledge booked via Booking.com at the Umgazana River Lodge and Spa from the **th to **th March for my wife and I which initally was advertised for and costed R ****, we then added breakfast for the * days costing R***. Total cost was, R ****-**. I followed the steps to make the booking and selected the "make payment later" option, of which I have snap shots. I received no confirmation or acknowledgement of my booking and now when I go into Booking.com for the same resort the prices are not the same. I've booked with Booking.com previously, actually an entire road trip from Durban to Cape town, staying over in East London, Port Elizabeth & Knsyner. All my accommodation was booked through Booking.com problem free. Please check if my current booking was successful as we were so looking forward to visiting this amazing resort.
