I booked a rental car on reservation ********* in Puerto Vallarat for January *, ****. I tried to cancel that booking as I needed a larger car (which I also booked through Booking.com). I have had NO confirmation of the cancellation nor any refund of the $**.** charged to my VISA. This is the FOURTH time I have written. Please help. Gregg Humphreys

I kept writing to Booking.com. I finally noticed the refund for the cancelled reservation showed up on my Visa. I never heard from them, no notice of the cancellation and in general, felt that I was writing to no one. I tried your service as well, put the "robot" on the task but never had a call from you or from Booking.com.
