Dear Mr Fogel*I am writing to complain regarding problems with the Booking.com website. The problems resulted in the double booking of accommodation in Braunschweig, Germany for the period **rd – **th September. *The original booking was for THE LOFT LODGE – Suiten, made on *th September. Confirmation number: ********** PIN code: ****. When we went to check the booking on the booking.com website on Friday **th, no booking was shown. *Thinking that the booking had been cancelled, the second booking was made at Vienna House, as we needed accommodation in Braunschweig for business meetings.*If the original booking was shown online there would have been no need to make a second booking. We therefore spent an unnecessary ***.**E on the second booking. ********** PIN code: ****. *I look forward to receiving your thoughts on this situation and how we can reach a satisfactory conclusion to this matter.*Regards
