On Wednesday, ********, we were scheduled to check into Comfort Hotel Centre del mon Perpignan. We had planned on driving but had been refused a car the day before in N*mes. We had to find a ride from the airport in N*mes, get to Marseilles and Uber to the Cezanne in Eix en Provence. Due to heavy rains and flooding on that day we had no way to get to Perpignan. I tried to get in touch with your company and the hotel in Perpignan and got no help during the storms. Not even an answer back. We booked a high speed train to take us back but train was stopped in Montpellier because the tracks were washed away and we had to get a hotel for the night on Montpellier and bus the next day back to Barcelona. I am very disappointed in your customer service and seriously doubt I will use you again. *We ended up having to pay for a night in Perpignan because we could not get hold of them or you to try to rearrange stays. *Ruined a good del of our vacation.
