My brother stayed in a hotel in Williams, AZ *confirmation no.. ****-***.*** on ***** & *****. He got so upset that he would not take the steps to ask for a refund of the third night. I have been trying to call to speak with someone, and have not been able to get through. The hotel was M-Star Route ** room was *** and he said the door to the room did not close all the way. It was windy and all night long they where kept awake by the noise through the door. He complained, but nothing was done. The bathroom was so small, his feet where in the shower when he used the toilet. The sheets looked dirty when they arrived, and the room was not cleaned between their *st & *nd night. Their was no place to hang their clothes. They were given a sheet of paper saying that if they wanted ice, they needed to go about a block down the street to another hotel to obtain. When they complained the gentlemen at the front desk he was very rude. They stayed the second night because they got back to the hotel late and thought the door issue would be fixed. When they checked out they where told there was no refund. Even though they rented a room that look good on the the internet, but really is not what they received when they arrived. The pictures my brother showed me are not the pictures on their website. I feel like bookings.com should refund the last night as the reviews and pictures on line are deceiving and this experience ruined their vacation. My name is Sandi and I am William Williams sister.
