My name is Elizabeth A. McMillan, I booked a room through you at the Country Inn Suites in Asheville, NC from ******** to ********, checked out ********. When I arrived to get my room, the lady took my information and I signed a paper. She said our room was on the first floor, so my sister, my brother and I went to room *** only to find out it was a handicap room. I went back out to the front desk, told the lady when I booked this room no where on the booking.com site did it say it was handicap and when I checked in the lady did not mention it either. Needless to say, my sister and I had to stay in the room for that first night. We were moved to a regular room the next morning on the third floor, room ***. We had to wait about ** minutes until the room was cleaned. This was an inconvenience being put in a handicap room that was never mentioned online or when I arrived, not to mention the waiting and the charge of $***.** for this room. For our inconvenience, I would like to be refunded the $***.** plus $**.** State Tax and $**.** Occupancy Tax for having to stay in the handicap room? Please advice and I look forward to hearing from you. My confirmation number is ********.
