Re: Booking ************Hello, I had made a reservation for October *rd but accidentally cancelled it. When I went to book again I accidentally booked for the wrong date. It got booked for October **th. I didn't realize until we were already in Niagara Falls. When we arrived we explained our situation with the representative at Holiday Inn and explained that the reservation was non-refundable. He told us he only had one room available but it is a smaller room and cheaper but if we paid the same amount that we had booked for it would be okay. So not only did we pay more for a smaller room but we were charged twice. I specifically asked the representative if we would be charged twice and he said "no". I would not have stayed if I knew this would happened. We would have just come back on the **th. I would appreciate your immediate assistance to this matter. *Thank you
