Hello, on October ** I attempted to buy attractions passes to Luna Park Melbourne for this trip via the booking.com app. The cost of $**.** was deducted from my bank account by "Booking Xperiences Amsterdam", but I got an error page with the message "Please try again. We're sorry, your card cannot be processed. Please try again or contact your bank for more details." I entered my card details again, but then received an error message "You've already paid for this". I have not received any confirmation emails. I phoned the customer service number, but the lady I spoke to (Jenny) was unable to help. She said they don't have access to attractions bookings. I phoned my bank but as far as they're concerned the payment went through and it's Booking.com's problem that I haven't received what I've paid for. I have screenshots to help sort this out if needed. Please help as this is a special treat for my special needs son. Thank you in advance.
