I wanted to alert you to an issue which arose on my trip to Ft. Lauderdale Florida last week. I used Booking.com for my*arrangements to reserve a rental car. The pick-up time on*my itinerary was set for *PM at the Hertz Rental office locaetd at *** State Road **, Ft. Lauderdale, *****.**Upon arrival at *:** PM, the office was closed and hours of operation on the door indicated the office closes M-F, * PM**Fortunately, an Uber driver knowledgable with the area*took me to an Enterprise Rental facility within several blocks of the Hertz Office. I was not required to pay in*advance for the car reservation* however, the inconvenience was quite annoying upon my arrival.**My question is: How did this happen??
