I made a booking with booking.com from an airport when I lost connection. I did NOT receive my confirmation no or my pin No however the money was removed from my account. I tried to rectify this situation while I was overseas and I received ** emails from different people from the help desk. I could not ring UK or Greece or Australia as they required a confirmation no and pin no as they had a large volume of calls. I have since returned to Australia and the money from that booking has still not been returned. One customer service officer said it takes ** days which has been longer. I have sent my receipt of payment going to the account * times to * customer service representatives. No luck. I did use you again but the money from this booking has not been returned. I DO NOT have a confirmation no nor do I have a pin.
