I am reaching out regarding a booking I completed on 3 September [redacted] at around 6:30pm, Philippine time, for the Westcord Fashion Hotel located at Hendrikje Stoffelstrat 1, Amsterdam, [redacted] GC, Netherlands. The reservation is for 3 rooms for 6 adults, scheduled to Check-in on Saturday, 3 October [redacted], and Check-out on Tuesday, 6 October [redacted]. After reviewing the confirmation email, I noticed an error in the booking year. It should be for this year, not next year, as my group is traveling in [redacted]. This mistake occurred while selecting the dates, intending to choose [redacted] but accidentally opting for [redacted]. While we still plan to stay at the Westcord Fashion Hotel, I kindly request to adjust the reservation dates from 3-6 October [redacted] to 3-6 October [redacted]. I have been in touch with Shai from the hotel, who confirmed the change is feasible with an additional charge of €25.00 per room to account for the year alteration. Shai advised contacting booking.com before Friday, 6 September [redacted], in Dutch local time, to facilitate the modification. Please assist with updating the booking dates for my 3 rooms accordingly.

I recently returned from a holiday at the C'an Picaford Hotel in Alcudia, with Booking Reference: PP[redacted]. Initially, I had reserved a double room for [redacted] euros. However, I received an email from Booking.com offering a larger room for [redacted] euros as I was sharing it with a friend and thought the extra space would be beneficial. Upon arrival at the hotel, they only had one size of double room available, which was disappointing given the offer I had accepted. I am seeking a refund for the price difference. Despite this experience, I have always considered Booking.com to be reliable in the past. As a pensioner who saves for trips like this, I also faced issues with the hotel demanding the full accommodation payment despite already taking a [redacted] euro deposit, leading to a dispute. The quality of the food was unsatisfactory, being cold, inferior, and inedible, prompting me to voice my concerns to Booking.com. The only positive aspect of the hotel was its proximity to the beach.

I made a hotel booking through booking.com without using an account. Subsequently, I posted a review for the hotel, containing errors that I wish to rectify. However, as the review was not associated with an account, I am unable to delete or edit it. To address this, I have created an account, but I am unable to import the review despite importing the booking. Despite reaching out to booking.com multiple times, I received a response stating they cannot delete the review directly. They suggested deleting it from my account, but as the review is not linked to it, I cannot do so. The incorrect review is still visible and I am concerned about it misleading potential guests. I am seeking assistance in either deleting the review or linking it to my account for removal.

Hello, I made a hotel reservation through booking.com for a stay in April. Regrettably, I paid the hotel directly and booking.com also charged me for the same day. Specifically, I paid £62 for Thursday night on the 25th of April and £55 for Sunday night on the 27th of April. Despite this, I was charged an additional £55 by booking.com on the 1st of May, resulting in an overpayment of £55 for the same stay. I have reached out to the hotel, but they directed me to contact you for resolution. I am feeling quite frustrated and stressed about this situation and would appreciate your prompt assistance in refunding the duplicate payment to my credit card. Please reach out to me regarding reservation number [redacted] and PIN [redacted]. The hotel didn't honor our booking due to our late arrival which was caused by our flight. Upon contacting the hotel upon arrival in Italy, the manager turned us away, stating they couldn't accommodate us. We couldn't stay there, and at last midnight, we had nowhere to go. Unfortunately, attempts to reach Booking.com were unsuccessful. Now, we've been billed for a no-show, though we did try to check-in but were refused by the hotel. Please contact me at +44 7[redacted]63 or via email at [redacted] or [redacted] Kindly refund the no-show fee since we were prevented from staying by the hotel's policy.

I recently noticed a charge on my account for a room I never stayed in. I contacted the hotel and received a free cancellation from them. I was unable to stay in the room due to a deposit requirement that I couldn't meet. Consequently, I ended up sleeping in my car. Now that there's a charge on my card for a room I didn't use or check into, I would appreciate a prompt call back to address this matter.

Our confirmation number is [redacted] with pin code [redacted], and we made a reservation for 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we checked in, we observed that the room did not match the online photos, and it was not in the best condition. The sheets were stained, and the room appeared to be in need of renovation. After requesting a room change, we were moved to a slightly better one, although there are still issues like a broken easy chair and an outdated bathroom floor. While we are willing to stay, our friends who were supposed to stay in the other room will not. The owners informed us that we should contact Booking.com to cancel the other room with no penalty.

During my recent stay in Wagga, upon arriving at our accommodation around 11 pm, we encountered issues with the room lights, TV, and Wi-Fi. Despite making two phone calls seeking assistance and leaving messages, we did not receive any replies. The next morning, I was told that the weather was causing the problems, but an electrician later found the fault in our room. I ended up paying for three services that I did not receive. I had a frustrating experience with the receptionist. He was rude and unreliable, even resorting to shouting when we questioned why we had to pay again despite booking online. It seems like they are trying to charge us twice. Although we explained we had already paid, he insisted we had not. Now, he is threatening to charge us for five days when we only stayed for two. We just want to settle the bill for the two days we actually stayed.

I need urgent help with a booking issue. Upon arrival, the hotel was not what we expected from the pictures and reviews. The owner was disrespectful, demanding payment for five nights in cash despite us having already paid through Booking. When we refused, he became aggressive, yelling and eventually kicking us out. After negotiating, another person intervened, stating they had contacted Booking to cancel the reservation for all five nights. We were told to await a cancellation email before paying for the two nights we had stayed. However, we later discovered that the full amount for five nights was charged to my Visa. I am seeking assistance to be refunded for the three nights we did not stay.

My spouse and I were denied access to Swan Quay Hotel in Faversham, England, with confirmation number [redacted] and pin [redacted]. I am unsure of the reason for the refusal. We were extensively questioned by the innkeeper for an hour regarding the contact number we used to inform about our late arrival, which was the one listed on the website. Despite sending two emails, the confirmation email did not specify a final check-in time. This incident occurred around 11 pm on Friday, September 6. Eventually, we were informed that we were refunded for the night, but our Visa statement shows no reimbursement. We received an email indicating a cancellation without a refund entitlement. Stranded at midnight, a kind passerby tried to help us secure lodging, but everything was fully booked. As a couple in our 60s, this experience was incredibly distressing. Surprisingly, this was the third time we had reserved a room at Swan Quay. I mistakenly booked August 5 and 6, [redacted], instead of September 3 and 6, [redacted]. During our recent stay at the Days Inn in Delta, Colorado, we experienced multiple issues. The staff member was disrespectful to my husband, accusing us of smoking in the room when we do not. The room had a musty odor, moldy smell, and a leaking toilet that flooded the floor. The outdated furniture, malfunctioning swimming pool, and lack of cleanliness added to our disappointment. We promptly checked out the next morning and found a better hotel nearby. Unfortunately, we will not recommend this Days Inn to others due to the poor conditions and management. The breakfast quality was subpar, with coffee grounds in the coffee, unappetizing oatmeal, and questionable bacon and pancakes. I recently made my first booking on Booking.com and encountered an issue with unexpected charges. I am extremely disappointed by my recent stay at the Five Kings Hotel booked through your site. The triple family room I reserved was located at the top of the building and had no air conditioning or fan, making it unbearable during hot weather. The room was dirty, lacked a proper wardrobe, and had curtains hanging on a flimsy pole. The ensuite was poorly converted from a cupboard, with unfinished floors and a disgusting shower that we refused to use. For the price of £84 per night, the room was highly inadequate, with no fire instructions provided. To add to the disappointment, the female staff entered the room without proper notice, making me very uncomfortable. I have tried to reach out for a refund but have not received any response.

The cancellation is shown in the reservation history on your site. However, I was still charged by the establishment, claiming I didn't cancel and failed to show up. I stayed at Hostel Bemma in Wroclaw on July 4, [redacted] with confirmation number [redacted]. I was double charged for part of the payment (94 zloty). Hostel Bemma finally acknowledged the overcharge after a long delay. They messaged me through Booking.com saying they cannot refund directly and advised to contact Booking.com for the refund process. Booking Reference: Taxi [redacted]6 Good afternoon, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about the taxi service we received from Gibraltar Airport to Estepona on 02/09/19. The pick-up was smooth, but upon arrival in Estepona, the driver was unsure of the location of our apartment. After driving around and seeking directions from locals, we encountered road works that forced us to walk uphill for about [redacted] meters with my disabled wife and luggage in hot weather. We were lost until a kind English-speaking lady assisted us, but by then, we were exhausted and my wife was in pain. I made a non-refundable booking with booking.com. The room I booked was supposed to accommodate 3 people, but the hotel informed me that the third person would have to sleep on a small roll-away cot, which was not mentioned in the listing. I contacted booking.com to cancel due to this misrepresentation, and they agreed via email. However, both the hotel and booking.com are now trying to charge me the full amount. I have been calling booking.com's customer service but haven't had any success. The reservation was for $5k, and I need help figuring out how to proceed.

I recently booked airline tickets through Gotogate and opted for a Flexible Ticket. Shortly after booking, I realized there was a mistake in the return date and contacted customer service. Despite paying extra for flexibility, I was asked to pay an additional [redacted] pounds for the date change. I pointed out this contradicted the company's rules and conditions as I was trying to correct the booking with the same airline and names. Unfortunately, they insisted on the extra payment.
