I sent booking.com a cancellation in writing for a hotel stay as I was instructed to do by the hotel that I called to cancel I was told I would hear back in ** to ** hours and now I am charge for the room I tried to cancel it both with Booking.com and with the hotel itself within the cancellation. And now I am charge for this room and I shouldn’t of been because I tried canceling with Booking.com and with the hotel* I sent booking.com cancellation in writing for a hotel stay as I was instructed to do by the hotel that I called to cancel I was told I would hear back in ** to ** hours and now I am charge for the room I tried to cancel it both with booking.com and with the hotel itself within the cancellation. And now I am charge for this room and I shouldn’t of been because I tried canceling with booking.com and with the hotel *Booking.com advised me to call the hotel and the hotel advise me to call booking.com so I feel as if I got the runaround and then we charge for the room.*I would like a refund put on my card for the amount of the room thank you
