Good evening. *A booking that was made * and a half months ago has just been cancelled * hours ago, because apparently the credit card information has not been updated. Funnily, an e-mail stating that the updated credit card information has been successfully updated was received earlier today. We find ourselves in this terrible situation since we have tried looking for the reservation, and attempting to solve the issue, but the reservation does not seem to exist anymore. We are looking for help immediately with this misunderstanding and enormous contradiction by booking.com, since a successful confirmation e-mail was clearly sent before the cancellation e-mail.*Please contact us as soon as possible, we have already contacted the owner, and she mentioned that we need to deal with booking.com**The reservation was first made with the following e-mail: *****@***.com**The reservation number was the following one: ********** Big lightfull apartment with castle view.

GetHuman-stailq did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
