Hi there, I attempted to make a booking at Hotel Samac, , Trogir Croatia in February for a stay June **-**. I never received a confirmation from booking.com. I was flagged as a no show and the hotel processed the payment on my cc. I contacted booking.com and they could not see a reservation under my account. I use the site frequently. I obtained the confirmation number from the accommodation provider. Confirmation is ********** No pin number. As it turns out, it is a reservation in my name. I contacted booking.com with this information and it was discovered that booking.com had sent the confirmation and info to an incorrect email address. it was sent to *****@***.com rather than *****@***.com I made this reservation on my home computer and not while signed in on the app. Since I never received a confirmation from booking.com, I never knew a had the reservation. It seems like there was some sort of glitch as I have had great success in using *your booking engine. Villa Samac never received a cancellation from me as I didn't even know I had a booking!! I have tried calling customer service a few times and reached someone in China with poor English and no problem solving skills. I have enjoyed using this booking service a great deal and would like to continue in the future. I realise it is a HUGE company and related to kayak.com carrentals.com etc. It is still important to address the users' issues as we are the people using the websites and spending our hard earned money. Please let me know how we can sort this out.
