Hi there, **My name is Ljubica Senicic. *On May *, **** I booked two rooms in hotel Diana in Venice. Reservations numbers:************************That day €***.** actually Au$***.** was withdrawn from my credit card. *And it was not temporary. Being busy with travel I did not complain. Coming to Venice in the hotel the sums of what was paid? and what needed to be paid did not match, so I decided to pay hotel with other credit card and sort the accounts later. Staff at Hotel Diana were assuring me that amount withdrawn from my credit card was temporary and it will be returned to my credit card.*Up to July *, **** ( a month from when I paid my bill in hotel Diana) I hoped I will get my money back but it did not happen. Can you please help me to get my money back. Thank you your sincerely, Ljubica Senici
