Booking Ref: ************I have emailed this complaint directly to *****@***.com on the *th April **** and **th May but still no response at all**Good Afternoon* *I recently had a stay at * Frederick Gardens, Brighton as per the above booking reference. I have to say I am extremely disappointed with the stay as there were a number of issues with the property including the following:* ** Cleanliness of the property was poor and hadn’t been cleaned** Hob and grill would not work however I am told it was working. It would be useful to have a visitor’s guide to explain how appliances work if not standard appliances** The toilet was blocked and could not be used, bearing in mind there was * of us staying in the house** The front radiator would not work and it was extremely cold in the property, I have been told it is working but it certainly wasn’t when we was there.*There are also a number of other issues I have identified in the enclosed emails *I have escalated all of these issue to Airhost on the weekend I stayed and their response has been pretty poor to the point their Operations Manager was supposed to call me last Thursday and still hasn’t as I type this email despite chasing this up a number of times.*I have been offered a refund of £** however I feel for the issues identified this is disproportionate to the cost of the stay when they have admitted the cleanliness is not what is should have been and that they had issues with the toilet the week before my stay however I am more a less being told there is nothing wrong with the toilet despite sending photographic evidence. I also would not have known they had issues with the toilet the week before*I have attached the email chain for your reference and also the photographs for you to see. Please can you look into this for me as I am extremely unhappy with the stay and how my complaint has been managed.*I am hoping booking.com will provide much better customer service **Many thanks* *Miss Simone Wyatt
