I booked a hotel room in Orlando Florida for Wednesday March *th through Friday March *th I use my credit card to reserve the room which I had adequate funds when I got to the hotel they told me that they could not take us I had cash they refused to take my cash they refused to take two credit cards that had adequate amount available then I was told that the room was not available because they overbooked I was on a vacation trip with friends from other states in the United States got to the hotel late because we were at Disney and ended up driving two hours away to go back home instead of spending the night ever since then I've been getting multiple multiple multiple phone calls from other countries and all hours of the day and night when I called booking.com and spoke to someone in Amsterdam she told me to go to the website and change my information and went to the website and I cannot see any way to change my information but the phone calls keep coming and I want them to stop I've been trying to get in touch with someone and all of the phone lines are busy and there is no one available to help me I want these phone calls to stop as soon as possible like right now I use my phone in work and I depend on being able to receive important calls at * a.m. not junk calls my confirmation number is ***-***-**** also I was misled by the name of the hotel the grand Orlando Resort at Celebration the resort is not in celebration which is a Disney City that it owns the hotel was a dump employees we're very unprofessional they were unable to give me a cancellation confirmation the girls scribbled in on a piece of paper and hand it to me with no information except for my name the date and I cancelled which I did not cancel they did not have a room for us they refused to take our money in the hotel look nothing like the hotel that I booked with
