I have booked two apartments in Hold on apartments Budapest*I arrived on the **th in the morning.. First thing the shower in my apartment was broken and there was no hot water in both apartments.. *** and my apartment ***.*The heater wasn't working and there was no wi fi.*We talked to Tom the keeper about the problem and he said he would fix it.*After two days he fixed the boiler but didn't fix my shower he fixed it on the **th so we stayed with no shower for three days ( me, my wife and three children).*We stayed in the cold weather at night with no heater and he says there won't be a wi fi because there is a problem so I had to massage Tom and my parents in Israel to let them know about us in regular massages which cost a lot of money.*Well When I booked through you I expected to get what they offer on your website but unfortunately I didn't get the basic and most important points that should be offered.*When I asked Tom for a refund he said his boss offered *** Euros as a compensation but then he said she didn't give him the money and told him " let them write a complaint on booking.com"*I hope you can do something about the matter.*Thanks, Hana
