After my friend turned ** on Nov. *th, I planned a trip to Kihei Bay Surf Condos. On Kihei Rd. When we arrived from Seattle, the lady said she had no reservation for us. I had previously had it for the ** of Nov. but changed it early enough. We had no where to go and were standing on the sidewalk by the condo with our luggage. A nice couple walked up and asked why we were standing out there and we said that we had nowhere to stay. This couple's friends had left that morning and they had a freshly made twin beds with an adjoining bathroom. They were flying out the next day so when I awoke I called Alaska Airlines and they scheduled us to fly to Seattle by Hawaiian Air which was a very comfortable plane. The Torez couple even took us out to breakfast before turning in their rental car. There were *** women, men and children on the airbus. After we arrived in Seattle, Herb called his eldest daughter and she and her husband drove down, picked us up and took us to their son and daughter-in-law's home and we slept on their large hydebed. The next day his daughter took us (*) out to breakfast at Shari's Restaurant near the airport. We then took the ** minute flight to Yakima, our home. We were very fortunate. The lady at Kihei Bay Surf said she would refund me $***.** but it hasn't been put back in my Discover card account yet. My Discover card No. is: ****************, Exp. ****, security code ***. Please call and ask them to refund the above amount. I called their number before Christmas and today as well but nobody answers. I don't still have my confirmation number but it was under the name: Suzanne L. Richings
