I booked with booking.com Hotel De Lille Louvre Paris for ********** and the payment of £**.** was transferred to you on the **********, as by my bank statement. *On the arrival at the hotel I was told that I had not payed and although I told them that I had payed they insisted that I should pay if I wanted to stay in the hotel.*As I had no other option, I payed onother £**.**.*On my return to London I phoned them, explained the situation, sent them copies of my bank statements showing the double payment, they admitted that it was an error, but when I phoned niw ti ask if they had refunded the second payment into my account, they insisted that I contact you and you proceed with the refund. *So, I am following their "advice" with the hope that you will resolve the problem and refund my money back to me, before I raise the issue with my bank.*My contact details:*Ekaterina Dimitrova******@***.com****************Thank you in anticipation
