To whom it may concern***We booked Parnell apartments through the website booking.com, where we are genius bookers, and the photos showed on your website were completely different from the accommodation we were given. Please, give me an email address where I can send you all the photos. *The balcony was tiny and covered by pigeon excrement, the stove was covered by dirt and grease. The bed sheets were covered by blood stains and all the rooms were full of dust. I also informed the owner that * people were going to stay at the apartment, but there were just * chairs. There wasn't cutlery enough for all of us and even if we were staying * nights, there were just a set of bad towels for every one of us. Collecting the keys has been a drama, the security box was old and it has been very difficult to open it. The table in the living room was broken. *In the bathroom there is a booster and no one explained us how it worked, the bath tub is covered with mildew and on the walls there are some mildew stains. My husband is asthmatic and he has had a lot of asthma problems during our stay. *We also had to buy an adaptor because no one informed us that we wouldn't find one in the apartment. The wardrobe in the double room was filthy, the drawers in the double room were broken. *No one informed us about how to collect the trash, we couldn't use the vacuum cleaner or the broom, which were dusty and filthy, and there was no dustpan. *We had to wash the bath tub curtain, the curtain in the living room was filthy, the door to exit to the balcony was broken, we could not use the boiler because it was filled with mildew. *Behind the double bed there was dust and the mattress was old and uncomfortable. *I have sent an email but got no response. For these reasons I am asking you a complete refund of the price I paid (***,** €), I hereby ask for a compensation of *** € for each of us (*.***,** € in total), for the health, morals and economical damages we had to face during our stay, following the rules of the “damaged holidays regulation” *Here you can find my bank account details where I wait for the bank transfer, otherwise I will proceed through legal action. I also kindly ask you to remove this accommodation from your website, as it is uncomfortable and not suitable to ANYONE*IBAN IT**Z**********************
