Dear Sir*Madam,**After sending a few emails and a few phone calls to Hotel Devillas in Paris without any response I am writing to you. And this is the details of my complain. *In the morning of **th of September I have booked via booking.com a room in this hotel for two nights (**-****) for me and my two kids. *At **:** that day I arrived to the hotel and we found out that the room is not suitable for * people ( too small). *I consulted with the duty manager what to do. *He told me that if we will not check in, the cancellation can be done via booking without charging me for the room. *I also mentioned to the duty manager that if he intend to charge me anyways I will stay at the hotel with my booking. *Only after I was convinced by him that he will not charge me I booked a room in another hotel via Booking.com nearby without checking in Devillas hotel. *Just to emphasize, that this week in September was very busy because the fashion week and the prices were triple then Usually. *I thought everything was fine, I called the hotel a few times at the **th and **th and the person told me not to be worry and also because booking. com checked via email and made sure that i didn’t check in and they clarified that I didn’t stay at the hotel. A few days later I found out that my credit card was fully charged with the full amount (***€) for this booking without staying there. *I would like to you take care with this matter and ask the hotel to refund to my account this amount. *I believe that you will also take care with the fact that the hotel ignored me and not even replyed to my emails. I don’t think this is the quality of customer support standards that you expect from someone who need to provide a service under your umbrella. *It was a pure utilized case. *Thank you*Josef Turgeman**************
