I booked the Perouse lodge Sydney ** Perouse rd. Sydney. The dates by my fault I punched in the **th to the **th of oct although I was looking for the address to check in and just realised that the dates are not for today the **th to the **th of Oct. I called the hotel and the receptions would not help at all and I said pls ask your manager and then said she will call me back after ** mins I called back and she said I have to call booking .com and I said thanks for calling me and letting me know as I had the respect to wait for her call back with no returned call. The lady was eager to hang up before even feeling for me as I have been charged and have no where to stay! I would appreciate a refund or at the least to accomodate me for the nights I have paid for *Pls if you could call*Me as I have no place to stay at present *Regards,*Fabian***********
