I am unhappy with my recent stay at Herbert Samual Hotel in Jerusalem.*For a * night stay in what was effectively a building site at the front and side of hotel. We were never advised of this or any apology offered. The noise from ****-**** of angle grinders cutting stone was ridiculous. Also had other issues with hotel, some of which I relayed in my review. However my full review would not be accepted by your system and what is there is a watered down version.*We were there * nights, we got a very good picture of this hotel. Sold as "* star" and "deluxe room" It is neither. There was so much basically wrong with the basics of this hotel.*In my job, I am a specialist who audits hospitals for environmental cleanliness and equipment cleanliness.*The standard was not acceptable, the environment was not * star and I would be very interested in your comments. I am not interested what anyone else says in their reviews. Read between the glowing reports to find themes which critical reviews like mine have experienced*For £*** per night roughly I feel seriously conned.
