Booking.com lied to me. Told me that I would get $**.** the next time I booked a room using the "unique link" that was sent to me. I did that on August **st and I was sent a notice that I would be receiving the $**.** back. Here's the confirmation number ********** and pin code ****. Now I'm being told that it's not valid because of an earlier booking that I didn't even us the "unique link" on.I've sent * emails, one with a screen shot, showing proof that I'm supposed to get the money back and I talked to a customer service rep who hung up on me when he couldn't convince me he was right. It now appears that this is a hustle and I don't like getting hustled so I'm going to notify the B.B.B. on you and I'm going to show them what you sent me, both on paper and as a booking.com notice. All you had to do was send me ( a regular customer ) back my money. All you had to was honor the deal you offered me.
