I have made a booking today through booking.com the confirmation number is ********** for the Park Plaza Victoria London, when I made the booking I made the booking for the Superior Queen Room @ $***.** AUD when I checked my confirmation email they have given me a booking for two rooms when we initially only booked one room. They have already taken the money out for two rooms from my credit card. When I did the booking it said that we do the booking now and pay later so why has the money been taken out now. I rang ************* & spoke to Barbara who said that she would email the Hotel & call back tomorrow, I didn’t book the Superior Twin Room I only booked the Superior Queen Room for myself & my husband.*Regards*Susan Matusiak
