I accidently booked * rooms at the Jane Eliza hotel in Swan Hill Victoria. I made the. booking last night. The agent told me I had booked * rooms when I phoned to confirm they had my booking*I have no idea what happened. I booked a Superior room for the ** and ** th of September in my husbands name David Prossor. The agent said I booked Two Superiors and one double. I want to cancel one Superior room and one double please. Sorry I don’t have a booking number. I deleted it because I thought this just a routine booking. I’m. sorry I have no idea what I did wrong* I hope you won’t charge me to cancel * of the rooms as must have been an accident. *Thank you I only need the one Superior room. *Diana*Please text this phone don’t email me.
