The issue in GetHuman-ariebbal's own words
Stay in a hotel and pay the advertised rate. ... Locomotive Hotel in Nusa Lembongan, Bali. Web Site advertised a $** per night room rate. We booked a room for ** days and were charged $** per person for a room that had two double beds, a toilet that frequently did not work and shower head that was broken off the wall. The worst part was every one else in our group paid $***night Orleans and for a double room like ours, paid $***night. We repeatedly tried to get a refund but were denied the ability to even speak to management. In addition to being the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in we were were clearly being taken advantage of as no one paid what we did for much better accommodations and the same accommodations for the exact dates of stay in this hotel. The consistent stench in the bathroom due to ongoing plumbing problems was discustimg and regardless of how many times we asked for clean sheets and towels, there never seemed to be any. Twenty three nights and our sheets were never changed once. We should have been changed the $** per night that was advertised and that our other traveling friends paid. Because they asked us for credit cards upon checkin before we saw the room or spoke with anyone else staying here, we were prepaid and denied any type of refund or even an additional room since we paid $** per night each which was the advertised rate.
A refund for $***night.
Repeated spoken to the front desk who calls the manager*owner who will not speak with us. No explanation, no apology and the worst customer service ever!
