I booked a prepaid room with booking.com at ROW NYC. I arrived late last night and found that this hotel is absolutely filthy and unsuitable for staying in. My original room had a bloodstain on the sheets the size of a half dollar and the room I was moved to is completely run down with dirty floors, exposed electrical outlets and cracked furnishings. I stayed on **** but I will not be staying here on **** & ****. I will pay for the one night I stayed but not for the remaining two. I am traveling with a young child and will not subject her to this **** hole any longer than necessary. Please let me know what else you need from me to process a refund for nights **** & ****.
