Booking Confirmation No: *********** Aug **-**, **** at Amrise Hotel**Made a booking with Amrise Hotel in Singapore, and been waiting for them to contact me regarding my payment. But days after, no reply from them yet after my emails. So ,recently, I decided to cancel the booking instead, so they can free up the room and make it available for the other customers.* I would like Amrise Hotel to officially cancel my booking and waive the fees.*Please help me with my concern Asap. As the reservation date is this coming August **-**, ****. I have already informed them my intention to cancel and hopefully to waive the fees.* *I hope this is enough to raise my concern and remove my booking from my dashboard. Amrise Hotel has yet acknowledge my cancellation request. **Please help me. Thank you so much.
