I performed a booking on July **, **** for the AcropolisMotel in North Wildwood, NJ. this was for checkin date of Sunday, August ** and checking out Wednesday, August **. We just suffered a death in the family (my grandfather) and I just learned that the funeral services will be held on Monday, August **. So I need to cancel this booking. here are the confirmation numbers:Confirmation Number: **********, PIN CODE ****. I went online today, Thursday, August *, and made a new booking for the same hotel for Wednesday, August ** check-in, leaving on Saturday August **. here are the confirmation numbers and PIN CODE for today's booking:*Conf. *********** PIN CODE: ****. I am asking that the fees that were deducted from the first reservation be CREDITED*DEBITED back to my bank account I did make another reservation, and this all happened because of something beyond my control I ask if you can please do this. I would greatly appreciate it.
