I checked onto Niagara Lodge and Suites in Niagara Falls. I went to use the bathroom by the indoor pool and I had birds in there as well as the paint peeling off wall. The hot tub by the indoor looked as though it hasn't been used in years. It didn't look good at all. I went by the rooms and they didn't look appealing at all. In fact, the place looked unclean and unloved.*I wanted a full refund and the manager and refused. He kept saying that I'm making up excuses. I showed him the pics that he had on booking.com.*I demanded all of my money back and he stated he would reimburse all but ***. I told him that it was unacceptable....I stood there for almost *hr* he reimbursed all but **.**.*Just a note that there were others checking out as well.*Another thing is that the building seemed nice by the office but when you got to the side it showed wear and damage and it had birds flying in and out. I did address this with the manager and he said that the damage was just done the other day. Just to note* he did offer me a room with hot tub but I refused* I was afraid that I would have bed bugs in my room and then transport them home...this would have been very costly for me.*I would highly recommend the booking.com drop them as they discredit booking.com's reputation.**I also want the rest of my money back...**.****Ruth Morrison ******@***.com
