Once the reservation has been accepted by the hotel, they become entirely responsible for the delivery and standard of that service.**On rare occasions when our hotel partners cannot honour the reservation as it was booked, we at Booking.com assist our guests in finding a suitable alternative accommodation. We even assist our guests in getting costs incurred reimbursed, on behalf of the property that could not honour the booking.
