Hi, **On Saturday, July *th at **:**pm I booked this apartment for our stay in Rome. I had sent * email messages via booking to the host of this apartment and did not receive any communication whatsoever. I even tried calling up until an hour before my arrival and no response. I am traveling with my parents who are older and while my mother is not doing well, I needed to be secure of a place to stay the moment I arrived in Rome. So while I was on the bus on my way to Rome, I was forced to book another apartment so that I could take my parents to right away. **After arriving in Rome and checking in to the other apartment, I receive a Whatsapp message at *:**pm (an hour after my arrival in Rome) that they want to meet for checkin. **Unfortunately, I was not able to wait so long for this communication as usually I would have liked to have secured my stay the day before. **So I wanted to understand how to receive a refund for this place, since they have marked me as a No Show and this place says it's non-refundable. **I have proof of communication as well if needed. I just don't think it's fair that I have to pay for a place where I was not able to stay and the hosts did not contact me until an hour after my arrival time. **Please let me know what I can do or I will be following up dispute charges with my bank. **Thanks in advance for your help. **Best regards, **Ilar
