Feels Like Home Rossio’s Flat*Rua Barros Queir*s, **, Santa Maria Maior, ****-*** Lisbon, Portugal *This apt was not what we expected. We were assure we would have WiFi as we had a little work to do. No WiFi. We complained to the Feels like Home office and they apparently didn’t seem to care. They did check it and found the owner had not paid the WiFi company. The rugs were filthy. (Pictures). Also this apt. was on the *nd floor and there were no lights. I fell up the stairs in the darkness. Pitch black. Mold in the shower. Also they only provided * half rolls of toilet paper. We were on our own for the rest. During * nights of our stay they were drilling on the road below us all night long. Finally we were able to talk to service rep at SLH that really cared. He phoned the police and the workers finally stopped the last night we were there. I know this company has better properties. I was so disappointed in these accommodations. I didn’t let it ruin Lisbon but it was a horrible apt. stay. They offered to refund some of my money, unfortunately they text us to come to the office and get the refund and we were gone by then. I found this insulting that we had to go to them between certain hours. Sad, sad, sad. Renters beware. *The company is telling me since I’ve checked out they don’t they know if they can refund through Booking.com
GetHuman-kontgis did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
